The hydraulic system adopts the German REXROTH oil pump and the American VICKERS control valve, which match perfectly and have higher efficiency.

All operations can be carried out by short-distance control and wired remote control. The wired remote control and the control box, which are two separate operating devices, ensure the reliability and safety of the equipment.

The S-shaped reversing valves, hard alloy eyeglass plates and cutting rings, rubber springs which can automatically compensate the clearances between end faces all ensure a proper sealing property.

The mixer can rotate forward or backward and the rotating speed can be regulated so that the problem of aggregate blocking can be settled in time.

The big-diameter conveying cylinder has a strong suction ability and can afford large pumping flow. The pumping capacity can be regulated through the stepless control device to get different outputs.

The equipment has such functions as positive pumping, negative pumping and touch-move. The conveying pipe is easy to clean and the concrete piston is very convenient to change.

The sealing parts of the main oil cylinder are made by PARKER Company of the US, and the inside of the concrete cylinder is covered with a thickened chromium coat, which ensures that 20, 000 m³ of concrete can be successfully pumped without any problems.

The patented design of the high-low-pressure switch valve can greatly reduce the fluid resistance in the main hydraulic system and improve the system's effective power by 20%.
