Product Description
Hongda truck-mounted concrete pump is developed by using many advanced technology such as computer simulation. We systemic analyze many factors'effect on the vehicle such as stress, its own frequency, displacement, etc. We optimize its hydraulic system and boom construction and get many patents. We use swedish ssab company's high strength cold roll steel as its boom material. This steel's yield strength is above 900mpa. Some parts such as boom system, landing leg, oil tanker have taken stress relieving after welding. Each welding seam have used 100% nde(nondestructive evaluation) or x radial check to avoid all the defects. With high quality parts and elaborate making and strict checking, truck-mounted concrete pump has reached the first level in home and abroad.
The rotary apparatus in boom system use germany rothe erde or italy company's products. The material is 42crmo and has a higher strength and operating life.
With the base of finite element analysis and dynamics simulation analysis, we can ensure its boom construction reasonable.
