Product Description
YZ series vibratory roller, with hydraulic single steel wheel, is widely used in transportation, construction, irrigation work, city planning, national defense fields. After absorbing the latest research fruits and large amount of experiments, it uses two wheels driving, super exciting force, and has very good performance.
Engine: Germany DEUTZ engine, water cooling, diesel, turbocharging, can be easy operation, low diesel consumption and low noise. Its emission control meets USA EPA standard.
Air inlet equipment: High position, multi-filter system, can be fit for hard working conditions such as big sand.
It consists of running, vibration, steering hydraulic system.
Parts: Pump, motor, valve, from Germany REXROTH; Hose, connector, filter and other parts from PARKER; Reductor from Italy. All the parts are reliable and all the parameter is matched perfectly.
Hydraulic driving on the front and rear axle; America DANA special rear axle is used.
Vibration wheel: We have a deep research about wheel's construction, assembly, making workmanship, bearing lubrication, etc. We optimize wheel's construction and lubrication system, improve the bearing's stress condition. Comparing with the traditional wheel, it has better lubrication, radiating effect, longer operation life.
Drivers cab: Multilevel shock absorbing, air conditioner, anti-turning over apparatus, comfortable operation.
